SALVADOR DURAN TO DRIVE FOR AMLIN AGURI IN PUNTA DEL ESTE, Mexican driver replaces Katherine Legge in Uruguay

PUNTA DEL ESTE, URUGUAY (December 9 2014) - Salvador Duran joins the Amlin Aguri FormulaE Team line-up for the first South American race in Punta del Este.The Mexican driver will replace Katherine Legge and race alongside team-mate Antonio Felix daCosta. Duran has previously competed in the A1GP Series, World Series by Renault 3.5 and BritishF3.
Salvador Duran said: "I'm delighted with the opportunity to join the Amlin Aguri team and am verygrateful to embark on this new venture with an exciting new team in a brand new sport. Thisinnovative championship signals a new era for motorsport and I'm looking forward to gettinginvolved. I have been following the team and the championship closely and I can see that thiscar reacts differently which is a fantastic challenge. I am a big fan of both clean energy and thisnew electric technology and I believe innovation from this series will help develop transportsolutions that will make a big difference to the lives of people right across Latin America and theworld."
