.Button won a comfortable victory. BRAWN GP leads both Championships, drivers and constructors.
.This year's GP of Bahrain was ruled by BRAWN GP, they only lost the first place during pit stops. Scuderia Ferrari finally scored some points and deleted the zero in their total. This time the desert wind eased up and didn't threat the engines. After the start T.Glock went to the first place, followed by Trulli, Hamilton and Button. On the lap 2 Kubica and Nakajima both in the pits to have their front wings changed after their mutual accident at the start. Cars only changed in the lead depending on the pit stops, however J.Button eventually took the first place, which, in fact, didn't change till the end of the race. Kimi Räikkönen, Trulli and Vettel spent some time in the leading position, there was a lot of fighting in the centre.

.Final standings: J.Button, S.Vettel, J.Trulli..J.Button has won his third GP, the real power of BRAWN GP has shown up finally, I assume Ferrari must be really sorry now, that they were not able to keep Ross Brawn. Sir Branson can be more that contented with his investment so far. I am really curious who will win our Climber of the Year in F1, when it is commenced after 8 races. The aspirants are S. Vettel and J.Button, who has won the trophy before.
