Circuit belonged between fastest and most reputable in Europe. It was before two years essentially cut short and most of specialists think this surgical step on behalf of unfit. Cut reduces circuit any Long straights, deep chicanes and inscrutable Easter sweep in woody region. Today it has more places to overtaking, it is more synoptical, but slower.
German GP belongs between few circuits, whereon Michael Schumacher demonstrated win twice. He harvested fully 59 points namely him placed this behind Alain Prost, which he was with two win about one point better. It isn't accepted after last race again. Michael drove to already in qualification new record of circuit. He stood in the first line with Montoya. First start failed only. ( Motor conkout of Panis). When race started then, Schumacher didn't give Montoya absolutely none chance. Juan flopped long way to the back again. Barrichello had to after crash with Coulthard change front and moved out till on last place. He forged hardly forward then and achieved get to just on 12th place. It was firstly, what this year didn't score. His negative was this time Buton, which otherwise drove up in qualification 3th time, but since he changed motor, he was displaced about 10 places to the back. He got to from 13th place then during first stop by boxes short till on first position! He tempted good-looking actions with Couldhard and Alonso and both achieved cope with. Räikkönen started excellently, was 2nd and 3rd , but then him incomprehensibly back wing came off and with uncontrollable car crashed without consequences. It was after excellent execution of McLaren cars in England painful continuation of this year's bad success. Behind winning Schumacher drove to Buton, Alfonso, Coulthard, Montoya and Weber. In box of Williams was already Ralph Schumacher, which meanwhile left out 3 races. Test-pilot Pizzonia compensated for this time him and drove to 7th. Ralph avowed of hope, that he fill already in the following Hungarian GP.
