To
mark its return to motorcycle racing’s premier series, Michelin has chosen
the 2016 Grand Prix de France to take the wraps off the new MICHELIN Pilot Power 3 MotoGPTM Ltd Edition which will go on sale in Europe on 1 June.
In
a world first, this exclusive tyre will feature specific sidewall branding
that combines the MICHELIN Pilot Power 3 and official MotoGP logos.
Production is being limited to 5,000 pairs.
The
new MICHELIN Pilot Power
3 MotoGPTM Ltd Edition is available in 120/70 ZR
17 (58W) front and 180/55 ZR 17 (73W) rear sizes to fit a large selection
of sports bikes.
Michelin’s
MotoGP involvement provides it with an extreme laboratory to develop
technological solutions that will later feed into the road tyres it makes
for all motorcyclists.
