Cars' Tests - Zest and Benefit
It is not our intention to test the cars' technical parameters. You can find loads of them everywhere, in various quality, sometimes even as paid advertising. Then a bad car may be reported in superlatives and if you are fool enough to buy it, you will be sorry. Our tests will be very straightforward and will consider especially the cars' benefit ... and zest.I remember a course for managers and sales people of Renault in 2003 I was teaching. Their sales manager, to my question how he would sell a car, gave me a 30 min complete lecture of what I needed and wanted to know. He did not speak about colour, brakes, speed or the tank capacity, but offered the size of the boot, because he had asked about my family before, than he demonstrated the easy steering, so that my wife could use it. That man, a 100kg chubby, nice smile, perfect tie could speak hours about the benefit of the car I chose. The owner of the shop may be satisfied and I lost business, because he did not need any instruction of mine. Well, this is how we are going to test cars.
